Our principals get directly involved – immediately – and coupled with our network of lenders, investors and attorneys nationwide, we formulate instantaneous plans and put them in front of solutions providers in real-time.

We also specialize in developing high-growth strategies, especially in the recreational, residential
and commercial real estate industries. Prior engagements run the gamut from advising the largest resort and real estate developers and vacation clubs by sourcing capital on their behalf, to assisting in identifying, evaluating and negotiating acquisitions, and to creating consolidation strategies for those clients.
